Ingredients
  Hard cooked egg yolk 6
  Egg yolks 6 , uncooked
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Cake flour 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Egg white 1 , slightly beaten
  Granulated sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), coarse granulated
Directions

Force cooked egg yolks through a sieve.
Cream with uncooked egg yolks, salt and sugar.
Add butter and flour alternately, a little at a time.
Cover and chill until stiff.
Roll into pencil shape 1/4 inch in diameter and 5 inches long.
Shape into rings, crossing the ends.
Dip in egg whites and in sugar and bake in a hot oven (400°F.) 8 to 10 minutes.
