Chicken Livers Stroganoff

Ingredients
  Thinly sliced onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Chicken livers 4 Ounce, halved
  Paprika 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dairy sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Hot cooked noodles 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Cook onion in butter till tender.
Add chicken livers.
Season with paprika, 1/4 teaspoon salt, and dash pepper.
Slowly brown the livers.
Cover and cook over low heat till livers are tender, about 10 minutes.
Add sour cream; heat through, but do not boil.
Serve over noodles.
Makes 2 servings.
