Swedish Coffee Bread

The swedish coffee bread is a yeast leavened european styled coffee bread. Made with four, butter, milk and sugar, the swedish coffee bread is flavored with cardamom. If you love cardamom as I do, you will love this tea time snack!
Ingredients
  Milk 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs), warm
  Butter/Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Flour 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Yeast 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Cardamom 2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients in order listed.
Knead.
Let rise for 2 hours in warm place.
Punch down.
Make 3 braids.
Brush with beaten egg and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
Let rise again until doubled in bulk.
Bake at 350°F for 30 minutes.
