|Eggs||3 , beaten|
|Sugar||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Shortening||3 Tablespoon, melted|
|Rolled oats||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Beat eggs, add sugar gradually and beat well with each addition.
Add salt, melted shortening, vanilla and then the rolled oats.
Drop from teaspoon onto a greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325Â°F. 20 minutes.
Remove while still warm.
