Welsh Rarebit For Two

|Shredded cheddar cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Old)|
|Beer||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Egg||1 , well beaten|
Melt cheese in beer over low heat.
Stir in remaining ingredients and cook until thick and creamy.
