Swedish fruit soup is a fruity and sweet soup made with dried fruits and nuts cooked in water and spiced with cinamon. With added fresh fruits and jelly along with tapioca, the swedish sweet soup is an exotic european dessert to serve that is sure to please anyone.
  Mixed dried fruits 11 Ounce (About 1.75 Cups)
  Golden seedless raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cinnamon stick 4 Inch
  Water 4 Cup (64 tbs)
  Orange 1 Medium
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 20 Ounce (About 2.25 Cup)
  Currant jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sugar 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Quick cooking tapioca 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Combine mixed dried fruits, raisins, cinnamon, and water.
Bring to boiling, then sim mer uncovered till fruits are tender, about 30 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients.
Bring to a boil; cover, cook over low heat 15 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
Serve warm or chilled.
