Ingredients
  Italian bread loaf 8 Ounce (1 Long Loaf, About 16 Inches)
  Butter/Margarine 4 Tablespoon, softened
  Processed american cheese slice 4 1⁄2 Ounce (6 Slices From 8 Ounce Package)
  Liverwurst slice 6
  Dill pickle 1 , cut into 8 thin slices
  Bottled hot red pepper 2 , sliced
  Lettuce 1 Medium
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Bologna slice 6
  Salami slice 6
  Tomato 1 , cut into 6 slices
  Sweet onion rings 6 Medium
Directions

Cut bread into three lengthwise slices; spread cut surfaces with softened butter or margarine.
Cover bottom slice with cheese, liverwurst, pickle and hot red peppers; top with middle slice of bread.
Begin second filling with lettuce; drizzle with olive oil and vinegar and sprinkle with salt; top with bologna, salami, tomato and onion rings; replace crust.
Cut loaf crosswise into halves or thirds; wrap each in a paper napkin to eat out of hand.
