Quick Swedish Meatballs With Parmesan Cheese

Ingredients
  Bread slice 4
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Ground beef 2 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Flour   (as required)
Directions

Soak bread in milk; combine with beef, egg, salt and pepper.
Mix well.
Form into 11/2-inch balls.
Roll in flour.
Fry in oil until brown.
