Finnish Cranberry Muffins

Finnish Cranberry Muffins are the perfect muffins for all cranberry lovers out there. It is no surprise that my husband is crazy about these muffins. Make and taste this wonderful Finnish Cranberry Muffins for yourself
  Cake flour 2 Cup (32 tbs) (or)
  All purpose flour 1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Baking powder 2 Teaspoon
  Eggs 2
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Cranberries 1 Cup (16 tbs), chopped
  Orange rind 1 Teaspoon, grated

Combine flour, salt, sugar and baking powder, sifting well.
Blend eggs, milk and butter and pour into center well of dry ingredients.
Mix only until moistened.
Fold in the cranberries and grated orange rind.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until done.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
