Fig Apple Crisp

Ingredients
  Figs 20 , dried
  Honey 4 Tablespoon
  Apples 4 Large, sliced (With Skins)
  Oil 4 Tablespoon
  Nuts 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Steam figs for 5 minutes in vegetable steamer.
Reserve liquid for fruit compotes.
Clip stems and cut figs into small pieces.
Arrange figs and apples in oiled casserole.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Sprinkle mixture over fruit.
Bake at 350° F. for about 30 minutes.
Serve hot or cold, topped with yoghurt.
