Danish Winter Compote

|Prunes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), pitted|
|Dried apricots||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Seedless raisins||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Sweet cider||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Ripe bananas||2 , quartered|
|Unsweetened orange juice||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Powdered fruit rind||2 Tablespoon|
Soak prunes, apricots and raisins overnight in cider.
Put into oiled casserole and arrange bananas over mixture.
Drizzle with honey, pour orange juice over, and top with rind.
Bake at 350Â° F. for 30 minutes.
