Swiss Bliss

The swiss bliss is a reciep for beef prepared with chuck steak. Cooked in the oven with vegetables like tomatoes, mushrooms and green pepper, the swiss bliss steak is flavored with steak sauce and onion soup mix. Roasted in a foil, it is juicy and tender and best served with parsley.
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chuck steak 2 Pound (1 In Thick)
  Onion soup mix 1
  Mushrooms 1⁄2 Pound, sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 , sliced
  Canned tomatoes 1 Pound
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Steak sauce 1 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon

Spread center of heavy-duty foil with butter.
Cut steak into serving portions; arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion.
Drain tomatoes reserving liquid; chop.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes.
Mix 1/2 cup juice, steak sauce and cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables.
Bring foil up over meat and double; fold edges to seal tightly.
Bake 2 hours in 365-degree oven.
Roll back foil; sprinkle with parsley.
