|Steak sauce||1 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
Spread center of heavy-duty foil with butter.
Cut steak into serving portions; arrange on foil, slightly overlapping each portion.
Drain tomatoes reserving liquid; chop.
Sprinkle with onion soup mix, mushrooms, green pepper and tomatoes.
Mix 1/2 cup juice, steak sauce and cornstarch; pour over meat and vegetables.
Bring foil up over meat and double; fold edges to seal tightly.
Bake 2 hours in 365-degree oven.
Roll back foil; sprinkle with parsley.
