Scandinavian Dill Patata Muffins

You really have to try Scandinavian Dill Patata Muffins at home. I served it at the last party I hosted and the guests loved it. Try this Scandinavian Dill Patata Muffins recipe and you will understand why.
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Soda 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Fresh dill/1 teaspoon dried dill 3 Tablespoon
  Eggs 2 , beaten
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Mashed potatoes 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter flavoring 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Butter/Margarine 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted

Stir together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and dill.
In another bowl, whisk eggs and stir in sour cream, mashed potatoes, milk, butter flavoring and melted shortening.
Make a well in the dry ingredients and quickly add the egg-milk mixture.
Batter will be sticky.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and sprinkle extra dill on top of each muffin.
Bake until tops begin to turn golden and tester comes out clean.
Bake at 400 degrees 20 minutes
