Anchovy Tartar Sauce

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Anchovy fillets 8 , finely chopped
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
  Minced fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Chopped chives 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Dried whole tarragon 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
Directions

Combine all ingredients, stirring well.
Store in refrigerator.
