Beef Stroganoff With Sour Cream

Beef Stroganoff is a perfect dish for a dinner party. The wonderful combination of beef and sour cream drowning in tantalizing flavors is a tempting treat! You wouldn’t want to miss the Beef Stroganoff for any recipe.
Ingredients
  Round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound, cubed
  Flour 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Shortening 2 Tablespoon
  Bouillon cubes 2
  Boiling water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Bay leaves 2
  Mushrooms 2 Can (20 oz)
  Sour cream 8 Ounce
Directions

Dust meat in flour, salt and pepper.
Brown in shortening.
Melt bouillon cubes in boiling water.
Add to meat with all other ingredients except sour cream.
Simmer for 1 hour and 30 minutes to 2 hours.
Add sour cream; do not boil.
May be served over noodles, rice or mashed potatoes
