Quick Swedish Meatballs is a delicious dish that can be made in no time. I served this dish for a party at home and my guests finished it in no time! The Quick Swedish Meatballs is simply too tasty to miss out. Try it!
Ingredients
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Fine bread crumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sage 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dry onion soup 1 Ounce (1 Package)
  Water 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix beef with egg, crumbs, sage, salt, pepper and milk.
Shape into 12 balls.
Brown on all sides in hot fat in skillet.
Mix onion soup with 3 cups water; thicken slightly with flour mixed to a smooth paste with cold water.
Pour over meatballs.
Cover; cook over low heat for 15 minutes.
Serve over rice or noodles; sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese.
May also be used for hors d' oeuvres by making small meatballs
