Ingredients
  Pot 1 Pound, roast
  Tomato sauce 1 Ounce, can
  Onion 1 Large, diced
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), diced
  Red wine 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 3
  Allspice 2 Teaspoon
  Mint leaves 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Cabbage 2 Medium (heads)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1
  French bread loaf 1
Directions

In a large pot combine the first 12 ingredients and salt.
Cover with water.
Cook at medium heat for 4 hours.
Add more water if water cooks out.
Quarter cabbage and add to the soup.
Cook for 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
Serve over sliced french bread.
