Easy Beef Roulades
|Round steaks||4 , cut in 0.25 inch thick|
|Yellow onion||1 Large, cut into 16 slices|
|Dill pickles||4 Medium, quartered|
|Bacon slices||4 , quartered|
|Water||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut round steak into square fourths.
Put 1 slice onion, 1 slice dill pickle and 1 slice bacon in each square of round steak.
Roll each steak square jelly roll fashion and fasten with 2 toothpicks.
Brown in hot fat.
Add water and bouillon cube to meat and simmer 1 hour.
Remove meat from skillet and pour over remaining liquid.
