Easy Beef Roulades

The beef roulades are prepred with round beef steaks. Cooked with gravy along with yellow onions, dill pickles and bacon, the beef roulades are simmered with broth flavored with beef bouillon and can be served over rice.
Ingredients
  Round steaks 4 , cut in 0.25 inch thick
  Yellow onion 1 Large, cut into 16 slices
  Dill pickles 4 Medium, quartered
  Bacon slices 4 , quartered
  Fat 2 Tablespoon
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Bouillon cube 1
Directions

Cut round steak into square fourths.
Put 1 slice onion, 1 slice dill pickle and 1 slice bacon in each square of round steak.
Roll each steak square jelly roll fashion and fasten with 2 toothpicks.
Brown in hot fat.
Add water and bouillon cube to meat and simmer 1 hour.
Remove meat from skillet and pour over remaining liquid.
