Fried Swedish Meatballs

Swedish Meatballs is simply by far the most delicious meatball preparation I have come across. Serve the Swedish Meatballs for the next party, I am sure your guests will not be able to resist it!
Ingredients
  Fat 3 Tablespoon
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Bread crumbs 2 Tablespoon
  Evaporated milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg yolk 1
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Mix all ingredients except sour cream; let stand for 30 minutes.
Form in 1-inch balls; let dry.
Fry in shallow fat, a few at a time until brown; put in baking dish.
Make gravy with drippings and sour cream; pour over meatballs.
