Russian Cottage Cheese Pancakes

|Cottage cheese||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Eggs||6 , beaten|
|Whole wheat flour||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Milk powder||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Nutritional yeast||1 Tablespoon|
|Cumin seeds||1 Teaspoon, ground|
Blend all ingredients together.
Bake in shallow, oiled baking dish until delicately brown.
Serve with sour cream on top or honey blended with stewed apricots, peaches or plums.
