Ingredients
  Cold butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cut into 6 pieces)
  Parsley leaves 3 Tablespoon (fresh)
  Freshly ground black pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Place all ingredients in the processor bowl and process with the metal blade until parsley is finely chopped.
Use with potatoes or other vegetables.
