|Cold butter||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (cut into 6 pieces)|
|Parsley leaves||3 Tablespoon (fresh)|
|Freshly ground black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
Place all ingredients in the processor bowl and process with the metal blade until parsley is finely chopped.
Use with potatoes or other vegetables.
