|Brown sugar||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Enriched flour||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Quick-cooking rolled oats||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Arrange apples in buttered 9 inch pie plate.
Combine brown sugar, flour, oats, and cinnamon; cut in butter till crumbly.
Press mixture over apples.
Bake in moderate oven (350Â°) 45 to 50 minutes or till top is browned.
Serve warm with ice cream.
