Swiss Chard With Balsamic Vinegar
|Swiss chard||8 Ounce, trimmed, cut into 2 inch pieces|
|Non fat chicken broth||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onion||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Yellow bell pepper/Red bell pepper||1 , chopped|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
|Black pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Balsamic vinegar||1 Tablespoon|
Place Swiss chard, chicken broth, onion, bell pepper, garlic, and black pepper in a large saucepan over medium heat and cook about 8 minutes or until greens are tender.
Add the balsamic vinegar and toss.
