Ingredients
  Yoghurt 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Honey 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Rye flour 6 Cup (96 tbs) (or half rye and half whole wheat)
Directions

Blend yoghurt, honey and oil.
Stir in remaining ingredients.
Dough should be stiff.
Knead.
Roll out very thin on floured pastry board.
Cut into desired shapes.
Bake at 425° F. about 15 minutes, until brown.
Wafers should be crisp and tender.
Keep in tightly covered container.
