Swedish Breakfast Muffins

Swedish Breakfast Muffins are my favorite muffins. I love the aroma of the freshly baked Swedish Breakfast Muffins and serve it often, especially for my children's birthday parties. Try it for yourself, I am sure you will love the Swedish Breakfast Muffins!
Ingredients
  Flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Sugar 4 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Pinch
  Egg 1
  Milk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Oil/Butter, melted 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix these dry ingredients together in a large bowl.
Whisk together egg, milk and oil or butter and pour into a well in center of dry ingredients.
Mix lightly and quickly together.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until done.
Serve hot with butter and maple syrup.
Bake at 375 degrees 20 to 25 minutes
