Fish and chips is an eternal favorite preparation of fish usually made with white fish. This recipe for fishand chips is prepared with pomfret fillets marinated with lime juice sat and pepper and coated with oatmeal. Served with freshly prepared tartar sauce and potato french fries, the fish and chips is indulgent and savory.
Ingredients
  Pomfret 300 Gram
  Oat meal 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Lime 1 , juiced
  Extra virgin olive oil 15 Milliliter
  Low fat mayonnaise 100 Gram
  Chopped carrot 8 1⁄3 Gram (Mixed With Gherkins And Parsley)
  Chopped gherkins 8 1⁄3 Gram (Mixed With Carrot And Parsley)
  Chopped parsley 8 1⁄3 Gram (Mixed With Carrot And Gherkins)
  Potatoes 100 Gram, cut into lengths
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Marinate the fish with olive oil, lime juice, salt and pepper.
Crumb the fish with oat meal.
Bake the fishn preheated oven for 5 minutes at 120-150°C or till the fish is cooked.
Blend the mayonnaise, carrots, gherkins and parsley together to make tartar sauce.
Adjust seasoning.
Add a little lime juice.
For the French fries Spread the potatoes on a baking tray.
Roast in the oven for 15 minutes at a low temperature (approximately 120° C), checking every 5 minutes.
Serve the fish with tartar sauce and roasted French fries.
