Easy Beef Stroganoff
|Thin sirloin steak||1 1⁄2 Pound, cut in 2 inch squares|
|Garlic salt||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 Small, chopped|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted|
|Sliced mushrooms||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Bouillon||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Bay leaf||1 Small|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|White and brown rice||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Season meat with salts, paprika and pepper.
Brown with onion in butter.
Add mushrooms and brown a few minutes.
Add bouillon, bay leaf and Worcestershire sauce; simmer about 15 minutes.
Place rice on serving plate; top with cooked meat pieces.
Add sour cream to sauce in pan and heat, stirring constantly.
Pour over rice and meat.
