Irish Soda Muffins

Ingredients
  All purpose flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sugar 2 Teaspoon
  Buttermilk 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), melted
Directions

Mix together flour, soda, salt and sugar.
In another bowl, whisk together buttermilk and melted butter.
Add to dry ingredients, mixing quickly.
Batter will be stiff.
Spoon into greased muffin cups and bake until tops are golden brown.
Bake at 400 degrees 15 to 20 minutes
