Dutch lunch is a ham sandwich prepared with ham sandwiched between slices of rye bread along with a cabbge mix ofolives, mayonnaise and mustard. Served just by itself or ketchup, the dutch lunch or dutch sandwich is good to go.
|Chopped cabbage||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped|
|Prepared mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped pimiento stuffed green olives||2 Tablespoon|
|Rye bread slice||4 , buttered|
|Ham slices||4 , boiled|
Combine cabbage, mayonnaise, mustard, and olives.
Top 2 slices bread with ham, then cabbage mixture.
Top with remaining bread.
