Dutch lunch is a ham sandwich prepared with ham sandwiched between slices of rye bread along with a cabbge mix ofolives, mayonnaise and mustard. Served just by itself or ketchup, the dutch lunch or dutch sandwich is good to go.
  Chopped cabbage 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs), chopped
  Mayonnaise 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chopped pimiento stuffed green olives 2 Tablespoon
  Rye bread slice 4 , buttered
  Ham slices 4 , boiled

Combine cabbage, mayonnaise, mustard, and olives.
Top 2 slices bread with ham, then cabbage mixture.
Top with remaining bread.
