Steak Tartar

Ingredients
  Lean ground sirloin 1 Pound
  Egg whites 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Red wine vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Green onions/Shallots 2 , finely chopped
  Chopped parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic cloves 1 , minced
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Water cress 1 Teaspoon
  Cherry tomato 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Place ground meat, the egg or egg whites, salt Worcestershire mustard, vinegar, onions, parsley, garlic, and pepper in a mixing bowl and mix until blended.
Shape into 4 patties.
Place each on a bed of watercress and ring with cherry tomatoes.
Scatter a few capers over the tomatoes.
Contains about 290 calories per serving.
