Ham And Swiss Cheese Pizza Topping
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Shredded swiss cheese/Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cottage cheese ricotta/Cream style cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs), drained|
|Chopped pimiento||2 Ounce, drained|
|Snipped parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Ground cooked ham||3⁄4 Pound|
|Fine dry bread crumbs||2 Tablespoon|
In bowl combine egg, swiss or mozzarella cheese, ricotta or cottage cheese, pimiento, and parsley.
Add ground ham; mix well.
Sprinkle desired pizza crusts with 1 tablespoon of the bread crumbs.
Spread meat mixture on crusts; sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs.
Bake as directed in crust recipe.
