Portuguese Chicken In Casserole

Ingredients
  Broiler fryer chicken 2 1⁄2 Pound, cut up and skinned
  Garlic 1⁄2 Clove (2.5 gm), crushed
  Paprika To Taste
  Orange juice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Tomato puree 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Soy sauce 2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 3 Teaspoon
  Green pepper 1 Medium, chopped
  Oranges 2 Small, peeled and sectioned
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Rub chicken with garlic and sprinkle with salt, pepper and paprika.
Put in casserole.
Mix orange juice, puree, soy sauce and mustard.
Add green pepper.
Pour over chicken.
Cover and bake in 350 degree oven 50 minutes, or till tender.
Add oranges; bake 5 to 10 minutes longer, until oranges are heated through.
