Easy Beef Stroganoff With Mushroom And Onion Soup

Ingredients
  Round steak 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch strips
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Mushroom soup 1 Can (10 oz)
  Onion 1⁄2 Can (5 oz)
  Sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Brown steak strips in oil.
Add soups; cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add sour cream and heat.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
