|Round steak||1 Pound, cut into 1 inch strips|
|Mushroom soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Onion||1⁄2 Can (5 oz)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Brown steak strips in oil.
Add soups; cover and simmer until tender, about 1 hour and 30 minutes.
Add sour cream and heat.
Serve over rice, noodles or potatoes.
