Pennsylvania Dutch Chow Chow

Ingredients
  Lima beans 1 Quart
  Chopped green beans 1 Quart
  Corn beans 1 Quart
  Chopped pickles 1 Quart (Small Pickles)
  Chopped onion 1 Quart (Small Onion)
  Chopped celery 1 Quart
  Sliced carrots 1 Quart
  Cauliflower 1 Large
  Sweet peppers 8 , chopped and scalded
  Vinegar 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Salt 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Celery seed 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook each vegetable except peppers sepa rately until just tender; drain well.
Mix vege tables with remaining ingredients; bring to a boil.
Place in sterilized jars and seal.

what are corn beans? 1 at of chopped small pickles? Should it be 1 qt of chopped small pickles?
