This Hungarian Veal Goulash makes dinner a desire ! Try out this Hungarian Veal Goulash tonight and tell me if you like it!
|Veal||1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes|
|Bacon fat||2 Tablespoon|
|Onions||2 Medium, chopped|
|Tomato paste||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Green peppers||2 Teaspoon, cut into 0.25 inch strips|
|Tabasco sauce||1 Dash|
Brown veal in hot bacon fat in a large skillet.
Place in slow cooker with onions and tomato paste.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Cover and cook on low about 8 hours.
Add green peppers and Tabasco sauce 10 minutes before serving.
