Ingredients
  Veal 1 Pound, cut into 1 inch cubes
  Bacon fat 2 Tablespoon
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Tomato paste 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Green peppers 2 Teaspoon, cut into 0.25 inch strips
  Tabasco sauce 1 Dash
Directions

Brown veal in hot bacon fat in a large skillet.
Place in slow cooker with onions and tomato paste.
Sprinkle with salt and paprika.
Cover and cook on low about 8 hours.
Add green peppers and Tabasco sauce 10 minutes before serving.
