|Round steak||2 Pound (1 inch thick)|
|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Onions||2 Medium, sliced|
|Water||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated cheese||2 Tablespoon|
Dredge round steak on both sides with flour seasoned with salt and pepper.
Heat oil in large skillet.
Brown the steak well.
Add remaining ingredients; cover skillet.
Simmer for 1 hour or until meat is tender to the fork.
