Welsh Rarebit

Welsh Rarebit is the best bet to serve over toast points. These cheesy and yummy dish often finds a place on my dining table. Just check out the recipe of the rich tasting Welsh Rarebit.
Ingredients
  Butter/Margarine 3 Tablespoon
  American cheese 2 Pound, cubed to make 3 cups
  Beer 12 Ounce (1 can, 1 1/2 cup)
  Eggs 3 , slightly beaten
  Dry mustard 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Worcestershire sauce 1 Teaspoon
  Toast slices 6
Directions

In medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add cheese and beer.
Cook, stirring constantly, over very low heat until cheese melts.
In small mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
Add slowly to melted cheese, beating with a wire whisk or rotary beater.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes until thickened.
Serve over toast points.
