|American cheese||2 Pound, cubed to make 3 cups|
|Beer||12 Ounce (1 can, 1 1/2 cup)|
|Eggs||3 , slightly beaten|
|Dry mustard||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1 Teaspoon|
In medium saucepan over low heat, melt butter.
Add cheese and beer.
Cook, stirring constantly, over very low heat until cheese melts.
In small mixing bowl, combine beaten egg, mustard, Worcestershire and Tabasco sauces.
Add slowly to melted cheese, beating with a wire whisk or rotary beater.
Continue cooking, stirring occasionally, about 10 minutes until thickened.
Serve over toast points.
