|Flour||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Beer||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Wine vinegar||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Worcestershire sauce||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Pepper white||To Taste|
|Parsley||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Melt butter in saucepan over low heat.
When melted, increase heat to medium.
Add flour and mustard; stir until smooth.
Add beer; bring to boil, stirring constantly.
Add milk alternately with cheese, stirring after each addition, until smooth.
Add vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper; mix thoroughly.
Spread each bread slice with generous amount of butter.
Place in toaster oven; toast.
Remove bread from toaster oven.
Place on ovenproof plate.
Spoon cheese sauce over each slice.
Place small amount of butter on top of each slice.
Place in toaster oven; top brown until bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley sprigs.
