Chicken Hungarian

Chicken Hungarian is the perfect dish for all the meat lovers. I serve this dish fro my husband during weekends when he can enjoy it in piece. The end result of Chicken Hungarian recipe is mouth watering.
Ingredients
  Dressed frying chicken 3 Pound, cut into pieces
  Butter/Margarine 5 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 Medium, sliced in rings
  Paprika 1 Tablespoon
  Celery salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Hot water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Cold water 2 Tablespoon
  Sour cream 1⁄2 Pint
Directions

Brown the chicken pieces in butter.
Add onion, seasonings, and hot water.
Cover; simmer until chicken is tender, 30 to 45 minutes.
Remove chicken pieces; keep them warm.
Mix cornstarch and water to form a paste.
Stir into liquid left in skillet.
Allow to thicken slightly.
Slowly stir in sour cream until all is piping hot.
Return chicken to pan; serve.
