Swedish Parmesan Potatoes
|Butter/Margarine||1 Teaspoon (To Grease Baking Dish)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon (Add More If Desired)|
Peel and wash potatoes.
Pat dry with paper towels.
Cut potatoes into 1/4 inch slices, but do not cut through completely.
Potato should still be in one piece on bot tom.
A good way to do this,is to put the potato on a soup spoon and cut into it.
Place potatoes close together in a greased baking dish, sliced side up Sprinkle with salt; dot with butter.
Place in preheated 350Â°F toaster oven; bake about 1 hour.
Baste occasionally with pan drippings.
Five minutes before end of cooking time, sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
