Polish Fish Broth

Ingredients
  Fish 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1 inch pieces
  Carrots 2 , diced
  Celery stalks 2 , diced
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Peppercorns 5
  Bay leaf 1
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Water 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Put all ingredients (except nutmeg) into cooker.
Close cover securely and set pressure control in place.
When pressure is reached, cook for 3 minutes.
Cool cooker at once under running water.
Add nutmeg; simmer for 1 minute more.
Serve broth at once.
