Danish Prune Crepes

These Danish Prune Crepes are the best prune desserts that I've ever tasted ! Enjoy these easy-to-prepare Danish Prune Crepes with your family and tell me how you've enjoyed them !
Ingredients
  Dried prunes 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Ground cardamom 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Dessert crepes 4
  Confectioner's sugar 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Add enough water to cover prunes.
Bring to a boil; then reduce heat and simmer, covered, for 30 minutes.
Drain prunes, reserving 3 tablespoons liquid.
Cool, pit and chop.
Combine prunes, prune liquid, sugar, and cardamom.
Cook, stirring continuously, for 5 minutes or until mixture is thick.
Add vanilla and salt.
Divide between warm crepes and roll.
Sprinkle with sugar and serve.
