Crepes With Swedish Meatballs

Ingredients
  Lean ground beef 1 Pound
  Soft bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Egg 1 , beaten
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 1 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Bouillon cube 1 , crumbled
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Crepes 12 (Warm)
Directions

Combine beef with bread crumbs, onion, egg, parsley, ginger, nutmeg, and pepper.
Form meatballs.
Heat oil and add meatballs.
Cook over moderate heat, turning several times, until done.
Remove meatballs and ' keep warm.
Stir flour and bouillon cube into meat juices.
Add milk and stir, over low heat until thickened.
Mix in sour cream and salt and heat but do not boil.
Divide meatballs between crepes and fold over.
Spoon sauce over filled crepes and serve.
