Ingredients
  Round steak/Tenderloin steak 2 Pound
  Lemon juice 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Onion 1 , grated
  Essence 1 Teaspoon (Of Sweet Herbs)
  Nutritional yeast 3 Tablespoon
  Chervil 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Marjoram 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Egg yolks 6 (Raw)
  Egg yolk 6 , poached and chopped
Directions

Blend all ingredients except egg whites.
Form six large patties.
Garnish with egg yolk and serve.
