Swedish Christmas Muffins

Ingredients
  Unbleached flour 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Wheat germ 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cardamon 1 Teaspoon, ground
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Baking powder 4 Teaspoon
  Soda 1 Teaspoon
  Almonds 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Fruit 1 Cup (16 tbs), glazed
  Eggs 2
  Buttermilk 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Melted butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Combine the first ten ingredients in a large mixing bowl.
Whisk eggs, buttermilk and melted butter.
Add to dry ingredients, stirring quickly.
Spoon into muffin tins and bake in preheated oven until done.
Bake at 375 for 20 to 22 minutes
