Apple Coconut Crisp

Ingredients
  Tart apples 6
  Raisins 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Packed brown sugar 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cloves 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Whole wheat flour 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (or margarine)
  Nuts 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Flaked coconut 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Peel, core, and slice the apples into a greased 2 quart baking dish.
Add raisins.
Combine the 1/2 cup brown sugar, cloves, and cinnamon.
Add to the apples and raisins, and mix well.
Spread mixture evenly in dish.
In the Bosch bowl, blend together the remaining ingredients until crumbly.
Pour over apples.
Bake in a 350° F.
Oven for 45 minutes or until apples are tender.
NOTE: Magic Mill SevenGrain Blend or rye flour may be used instead of the whole wheat flour.
