|Beer/Ale||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Worcestershire sauce||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Grated sharp cheddar cheese||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Buttered toast slices/Toasted english muffins/ hot broiled tomatoes||4 (for serving)|
Combine the beer, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, curry powder and cayenne pepper in a skillet or chafing dish.
Cook over low heat until the ingredients are well mixed and hot.
Add the cheese and stir until melted.
Serve at once on hot buttered toast or toasted English muffins or it is very good served on hot broiled tomatoes.
