Swiss Ham Salad

This swiss ham salad made with cooked and diced ham along with exotic gruyere cheese is an elegant recipe for any lunch or dinner. Easily prepared, this ham salad recipe is delcious and appealing.
Ingredients
  Cooked ham 3⁄4 Pound, cut in thick slices and diced
  Gruyere cheese 3⁄4 Pound, diced
  Olive oil 6 Tablespoon
  White wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
  Ground black pepper To Taste
  Romaine lettuce/Curly endive 1 (For Serving)
  Chopped parsley 1 Teaspoon (For Garnishing)
Directions

Combine the ham and cheese in a bowl.
Make a dressing with the oil, vinegar, salt and pepper, pour over the ham and cheese and toss lightly.
Refrigerate and leave about 1 hour to marinate.
Arrange the lettuce in a salad bowl, pile the ham and cheese in the center and sprinkle with parsley or herbs.
