This Rye Armeninan Thin Bread is my frequent lunch in office! Loads of green salads and shredded cheese make the Rye Armenian Thin Bread a sumptuous and tasty lunch ! Try it out for lunch and come back with your suggestions! I'm waiting !
Substitute 2 1/2 cups rye flour for 2 1/2 cups of the whole wheat flour.
Add 3/4 teaspoon caraway seeds and 1/2 teaspoon anise seeds.
Mix as directed.
