|Roast beef/Corned beef hash||15 1⁄2 Ounce, chilled|
|Sliced mushrooms||2 Ounce, sliced|
|Sour cream/Sour half and half||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Cut chilled hash in 4 to 6 slices and arrange in shallow casserole.
Heat in a 350Â° F oven for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile brown mushrooms in butter.
Remove from heat and add sour cream.
Pour this mixture around hash slices and continue baking another 10 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika before serving.
